An interesting Christmas Gift
…. This was “A Field Guide to American Houses”. It seems we live in a smallish “Millennial Mansion”. It seems like a real shame, the lack of a logical regional style here in Denver and across the country in new houses. There is a bland uniformity and the general lack of imagination of much housing. I guess architecture costs money and builders build down to a price. And with enough A/C and heating any house design can be made at least comfortable. Also, we do love our cars.

Getting this going…
Went to the excellent local library in JeffCo Colorado to get books to study WordPress over Christmas. Online WordPress documentation a help too – leading me to disable several plug-ins to get Configuration Editing working. Was getting “Internal Server Error…” it seems due to some or other plug-in.
